Small things matter
in a Disappearing World
Disappearing World is my new thought-provoking sculpture series, reflecting biodiversity in danger. An exclusive set of microscopic sculptures, set within the eyes of needles and other creative structures, made with materials gathered from the land, industry, and oceans. These micro-sized sculptures convey a much bigger message. An artful reminder our world is disappearing, and we need to make changes. My tiny work invites visitors to consider a concept, small things matter.
My Mother told me “your work is a grain of sand, it will create a tidal wave of success” This series of microscopic sculptures, I hope will engage visitors to agree small things do matter, and consider making small changes to help our rapidly disappearing world. I believe this is the tidal wave of success she meant.
